Here you have a rear, freewheel, Lester.
These rims where found stock on a lot of bikes back when mags were HOT including Schwinn.

The name Lester is casted on the wheel and the reflector mount is still intact.  Most of the time when you find an old wheel that had a reflector mount, the mount will have long been sawed or filed off.
The Lester accepts a 20 X 1.75 to a 20 X 2.125 size tire.
