The Early Years.

Tracks of the early years were very different compared to today's tracks.
The first tracks had no banked/bermed turns, they were all flat!
The first starting gates weren't gates, they used a large, long rubberband that someone would stretch across the start line and let it snap back to begin the race.
Jumps were smaller and obstacles like water jumps and bridges were common place.
