The original Shimano DX pedal instantly was the favorite of most BMXers and was the most copied platform of all time.

The pedals above are a bit worn but I do have other images of NOS DX's and in colors.  Check back once in awhile to see if I've found them yet.

The close up on the right shows the Shimano logo on the body of the pedal as well as the DX logo on the spindle bearing dust cap.  Those two logos are the best way to positively ID a set of DX pedals.

NEWS FLASH!
Shimano has brought back the DX pedal for 1999!
Not exactly the original but they look very nice and appear to be up to the task of HardCore BMXing!
